• Results/reports from any relevant investigations/procedures.

Dr Meade offers a specialised service in all aspects of surgery of the colon, rectum, and anus, including colonoscopy.

A referral for your patient can either be faxed, emailed, posted, or preferrably sent via Medical Objects. 

Dr Meade and our practice nurses review all referrals as they are received.  As much information as possible will assist with this process.  Our reception staff will contact the patient to offer an appointment time.

Malignancies will be prioritised. 

We accept referrals for DVA members and can organise transport for their appointments and procedures.
